Giving Tuesday is a global day dedicated to giving back!  Giving Tuesday inspires people from all over the world to come together and create real change in their communities. Last year more than 30,000 organizations in over 65 countries took part. Not only did donations increase but volunteer hours as well. This Tuesday, December 1, 2015, people will gather to celebrate generosity and to give.

Charity Charms has sponsored Giving Tuesday since it began 2012. We have a mission to make this the most successful year ever for our charity partners! Everyone can get in on the movement! After all, you are the key to a successful campaign. Whether it’s at your workplace or school we encourage everyone to get involved! Especially nonprofits and small businesses. You are the key to Giving Tuesday. First of all, take time to officially sign up as partners on the website. Ideas to Help Promote Giving Tuesday:

First, use the hashtag #GivingTuesday to talk about charity and the causes and organizations you support. This allows you to let people know exactly what you care about. Ultimately, we rely on our friends and family to learn about causes. You can be the one who starts them on a path of giving.
 
Second, help spread the word about #GivingTuesday by becoming a partner. Simply join the email list by visiting their website. You’ll receive updates, event invitations accordingly. Plus the latest graphics and tools to share on your social channels. For the most part, this helps start your campaign off on the right foot.
 
Third, help your cause get their own GivingBands! Our GivingBands are custom charm bracelets that become symbols of your important cause. This season we have a special program to help you raise the most funds possible. Your cause can use the bracelets for gifts and fundraising throughout the giving season.
