Take the Lead’s Power Up Conference was held this past Friday and Saturday in Scottsdale. It was an important event where women engaged in leadership development with other women through panels and other immersive activities.

Charity Charms is honored to work with Gloria Feldt to provide custom sterling silver logo bracelets for the graduates of her programs. For this very special conference Gloria wanted a gift for luncheon attendees that reinforced her 9 Power Tools and her 2020 focus, “Intention is the KEY.” We created a black silicone bracelet with a key charm on it. Each bracelet was presented in an organze bag with her Power Tools, from USA Today, and a panel moderator highlighted their bracelets and meaning for the attendees to enjoy.

About the Power Up Conference

Take the Lead’s Power Up Conference was created to ignite the leader within each woman and give them the tools to lead with intention. The conference was filled with two days of learning and engaging development experiences including workshops, panel discussions, networking, and more. These sessions were meant to help women meet other leaders and sneak preview Take the Lead’s Power Tools. The Power Up Conference featured opportunities to meet with program graduates in the non-profit, healthcare, journalism, and media as well as hear from other inspiring speakers from across a variety of industries. Take the Lead’s conference enabled women to be in a room where their voice and presence matter. A woman’s participation within the conference was considered a game-changer to being a leader.

About Take the Lead

Take the Lead was started in 2005 by Gloria Feldt and Amy Litzenberger with a bold mission of closing the gender parity gap by 2025. They provide mentoring, coaching, and training in addition to the 9 Leadership Power Tools. Their supportive community allows them to help other women make strategic plans and achieve their goals. They are driven by their goal of men and women being equal and creating a world that is equitable and prosperous for everyone. Joining a Take the Lead course can provide women with the tools they need to lead with intention and reach within themselves to make a difference in whatever industry they participate in.
