Kids ‘n’ Cancer: Give Your Heart to a Child
Each year the Greek Orthodox Metropolis of San Francisco Philoptochos holds the Agape Celebration of Love. This yearly event brings awareness to the ministry by providing a beautiful afternoon of fundraising, fellowship, and introducing those in attendance to the inspiring Camp Agape families. The ministry’s Kids ‘n’ Cancer/Camp Agape is dedicated to providing support for children and families affected by cancer. They provide a compassionate and caring environment filled with Christ’s unconditional love and a space that invites meaningful friendships and precious memories. The motto of Camp Agape is Give Your Heart to a Child and is the core of their efforts. Not even the pandemic could stop the wonderful people of the Greek Orthodox Metropolis of San Francisco from providing a virtual camp for these amazing children. What makes Camp Agape so unique and wonderful is how it invites the entire family – not just the child fighting cancer – to be filled with love, activities, and beautiful memories.
For this year’s fundraising event, the Ladies Philoptochos Society was looking for a special way to engage donors and allow them to get involved on a deeper level. They reached out to us to develop a custom bracelet that would carry their message and define their fundraising campaign.
Give Your Heart to a Child Message Bracelets
When it comes to creating custom bracelets, unisex options are a crowd pleaser and allow everyone to get involved in your mission. Our new, updated message bracelets feature a thin braided vinyl black strap with an engraved curved bar. The bracelets have a double-sided message bar engraved with Give Your Heart to a Child on the front and SF Philoptochos KnC on the back. The parts for the bracelets are manufactured by our factory in Greece which was coincidental. Then, they were assembled by our friends at SEEDs for Autism. Truly, the perfect bracelet for an important cause.
